Stop of medium length and difference in height, esclusively downhill, that descends towards the Teramo side of the Gran Sasso. From the Duca degli Abruzzi Refuge, you will reach the Sella di Monte Aquila, from which you will take the path downhill to the Garibaldi Refuge. By crossing it, you will reach the bottom of the valley separating Corno Grande from Pizzo d’Intermesoli.
