The Museum of Wood is an interactive museum, a virtual journey from the Woodland to ancient professions, from the wood as living material to the wood as row material. Images, animations, and handicrafts give birth to a didactic route leading children across beech woods, among the sounds of the animals of the wood, to the carpenter's shop. It is the historical link with the community of Arischia, whose one and only source of maintenance has been wood for centuries, that has inspired the location for this Museum.
Opening times: Saturday and Sunday: closed
